This water thank on That Deua is standing where the tiny dirt road use to lead to the bridge that was leading to the villages on the Don Chan island. Mr Gustave Eiffel who worked in the region (the Long Bien bridge in Hanoi for example..) designed it. It was put down when they built the Don Chan villas in 2011 or 2012. I guess nobody really knew it was an Eiffel piece of work.
